i won’t ask why there isn’t another post for the third period. The Flames though had a heck of a game vs San Jose. that team is huge and plays big. you want to know why they are the best on the road team? they never let up and send two guys in on every forcheck.. it took Calgary the better par tof the second period to finally figure it out and get it going.

and even then the Sharks roared back with 2 goals in the last 2 mins to make it very nerve wrecking on my heart. The Flames win 5-4. first in division.

Dion is da Man… except when he decided to stick the goalie on Friday night when the Flames were up 6-1 on LA and he came down the wing on a 2-1 break and fired a shap shot just above the circle with 6 seconds to go and decideds to continue in on the net and poke the goalie in the belly where he had made the save. that wasn’t very classy.

This interview has really broadened my view of the Panthers and their organization. I thought the questions were both insightfull and thought provoking, and Steve answered them very well.

We’ll see with Edmonton. They do have some good young players. I think Roloson should be traded to get some more young players back. Oh and you are a Calgary fan so all Edmonton comments by you should come with a disclaimer.
